{"id":1685,"date":"2019-05-24T18:07:42","date_gmt":"2019-05-24T16:07:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/3.127.161.126\/?p=1685"},"modified":"2019-05-31T10:55:44","modified_gmt":"2019-05-31T08:55:44","slug":"reinventing-cities-planet-develops-app-for-winning-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.planetidea.it\/en\/2019\/05\/24\/reinventing-cities-planet-develops-app-for-winning-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Reinventing Cities: Planet develops App for winning project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planet is part of <strong>INNESTO<\/strong>, the first <strong>Zero Carbon<\/strong> affordable housing project in Italy, which has been awarded in Oslo this week in the context of <strong>Reinventing Cities<\/strong>, a global competition for innovative carbon-free and resilient urban projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Located in <strong>Greco Breda<\/strong>, a former freight terminal in Milan, INNESTO is a zero-emission, collaborative and sustainable neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, community gardens and public spaces. A place where spaces are able to adapt over time to different needs and functions and where the focus is on the people who live there. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <strong>Community Food Hub<\/strong>, a <strong>Urban Farming<\/strong>, and residential areas make up a new <strong>Human Adaptive Zone<\/strong> which consists of spaces and services for the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project has been developed by a team represented by <strong>Fondo Immobiliare Lombardia <\/strong>(FIL) managed by <strong>InvestireSGR<\/strong> with <strong>Fondazione Housing Sociale<\/strong> (FHS) as strategic partner, <strong>Barreca&amp;La Varra<\/strong> as architects and landscape designers, and <strong>Arup Italia<\/strong> as environmental and urban planning expert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planet has developed the <strong>Neighbourhood App<\/strong>, dedicated to the district, that integrates innovative solutions. It will, for instance, monitor energy consumption of individual homes allowing residents to compare their results with their neighbours. This system features a loyalty rewards program which is based on virtuous behaviours. The App will be used to serve not only technological solutions but all services provided in the smart community.
